About NetLogic

Engineers first.
Everything else second.

NetLogic exists because businesses in the Delta region deserved better than the choice between expensive Cairo consultancies and the neighborhood computer shop.

Our story

Built from the server room up

NetLogic started in 2018 with a simple observation: small and medium businesses in Mansoura were running on infrastructure nobody had designed. Networks that grew cable by cable. Servers that were somebody's old desktop. Backups that existed in theory.

The big consultancies wouldn't take these clients. The local shops couldn't build what they needed. So we built a company that brings enterprise engineering discipline — documentation, monitoring, tested backups, written SLAs — at a scale and price that makes sense for a 15-person law firm or a 3-branch clinic.

Today we manage infrastructure for dozens of businesses across the Delta region, from single-office firms to multi-branch groups. Almost all of them arrived the same way: after their old setup failed them once too often.

Mission

Give every SMB in Egypt infrastructure that's secure, documented, and boring — so its owners can think about their business instead of their technology.

Vision

To be the reference for how managed IT should be done in Egypt: open platforms, transparent pricing, and clients who stay because they want to — never because they're trapped.

Security philosophy

Paranoid by design, practical by default

Four rules we apply to every environment we touch — including our own.

Nothing exposed

Zero inbound ports open to the internet. Remote access happens through encrypted tunnels or not at all.

Everything segmented

Guests, cameras, staff, and servers each live in their own network. One compromised device stays one compromised device.

Backups assume the worst

Every plan assumes ransomware with admin rights. If that scenario doesn't survive on paper, the design isn't finished.

Written down or it doesn't exist

Undocumented systems are unmaintainable systems. Every credential, rule, and topology is recorded — and belongs to you.

Leadership

Meet the founder

Ahmed — Founder & Lead Infrastructure Engineer

System & Network Administration · Virtualization · Security

Ahmed spent years administering Windows and Linux environments and building virtualization platforms before founding NetLogic — and he still works hands-on in every major deployment. His rule for the company came from watching businesses get held hostage by their own IT providers: "Build it so the client could fire us tomorrow. Then be good enough that they never want to."

Everything NetLogic recommends runs first on our own infrastructure — the monitoring, the helpdesk, the backups, even this website's hosting stack. We don't sell anything we don't operate ourselves.

Milestones

The road so far

2018

First clients in Mansoura

NetLogic begins with network builds and server administration for local offices — and a commitment to document everything from day one.

2020

Standardizing on Proxmox & open source

After watching clients suffer under licensing costs, we standardize on Proxmox, Linux, and self-hosted tooling — cutting client TCO dramatically.

2022

Managed services launch

From projects to partnership: monitoring, helpdesk, and SLA-backed support plans turn NetLogic into a full outsourced IT department.

2024

Multi-branch specialization

WireGuard mesh networks and centralized monitoring make multi-site businesses — clinics, retail, schools — a core specialty.

2026

Today

Dozens of businesses across the Delta region run on NetLogic-managed infrastructure — over 1,400 devices, monitored around the clock.

Why we're different

The uncomfortable comparisons

We hand over the keys

Most providers keep credentials and documentation as leverage. Ours are delivered to you as a contractual deliverable. Ask any provider you're evaluating for the same — watch what happens.

We don't earn on hardware

Hardware is billed at cost with supplier invoices attached. Our recommendation is never inflated by a reseller margin — which is why we can honestly tell you when not to buy.

We run what we sell

Our own company runs on the exact stack we deploy for clients — same monitoring, same backups, same security model. You're never our experiment.
